A full Catering Service is available in the Clubhouse, with Bar Snacks being served in the Lounges and Luncheons, High Teas and Evening Meals being served in the Dining Room.

All Communications relating to Catering should be made to the Club Caterer, Mrs. Rowan, Tel. No. +44 (0) 1292 311077. Final number of visitors must be confirmed by the day before the visit at the latest. If numbers are reduced on the day of the visit the full cost of meals will be charged for the final number confirmed previously.

Visitors must pay all Bills before leaving the Clubhouse. Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard accepted.

All catering must be paid for on the day and cheques should be made payable to Mrs R Rowan

Dress Regulations: - In the Dining Room (Portland Room) tailored jackets, tailored trousers and shirts with collar and tie must be worn after 6.30 p.m. In the Ossington Lounge, Portland Lounge and Casual Bar smart casual dress is acceptable i.e. Shirts with collar or roll neck teamed with tailored trousers or tailored shorts.

IT IS EMPHASISED THAT TRAINING SHOES, SPORTS FOOTWEAR AND "JEANS" WHETHER DENIM OR COTTON OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DENIM CLOTHING ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE WEAR EITHER IN THE CLUBHOUSE OR ON THE COURSE
